  A friend from work recommended R&R and so we called. Leann came out and gave us a free estimate. She was extremely nice and knowledgeable of the system we had and of system she recommended. When the guy came to install the new unit they were on time, knowledgeable, and good spirited. Got the job done in one day and making sure I knew how to operate everything. Would highly recommend their service.

  Top notch service all the way around. Office admins, customer service, to their product sales reps, and their labor staff, all of these folks are very kind. Very professional work. Would easily recommend to everyone.

  I called them after calling another calling Air Tech, which told me there was NOTHING THEY COULD DO TO HELP ME AND THAT WAS THE BEST CENTRAL AIR UNITS COULD DO??? THEY NEVER EVEN ATTEMPTED TO GO UNDER THE HOUSE! OF COURSE HE DIDNT MIND TAKING $20 BUCKS FOR HIS TROUBLE! I would recommend R&R to everyone! No charge until FIXED!
