  Very quick , responsive and knowledgeable. We are new to having a septic system and Megan was able to talk me through on how to manually drain our system and diagnose the float problem over the phone until Mike was able to replace the pump and float the next day. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommend this company. And thanks for you military service Mike.

  Mike was great. He diagnosed the problem by working through the easy/small fixes first. All the while explaining what he was doing so that I understood. He asked permission before performing work. Price was fair. We have been long time loyal customers and will continue to be.

  Mike pumped out our septic tank. He was polite, informative, very helpful and all around a good person to do business with. He can answer any question you have and cares about his customers. I've already recommended him to a couple neighbors and he just left our house an hour ago. Well worth using this company!
