  Jesse performed the yearly maintenance on my HVAC system. He arrived on time and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He was professional and explained everything he did and what he recommended for general upkeep. Excellent company and I've always had a great experience with everyone I've dealt with since buying my unit 2 years ago.

  I have been using R&M since 2015 when I had to get a new HVAC system. I’ve been using the same repairman, Jimmy, for many of the bi-annual visits. He’s great! Professional, efficient, and very friendly , giving me confidence in their service. Today James came along and was equally professional and friendly when he went over my water heater and plumbing with me. I highly recommend them!
