  Update: I found out that we had a new sales person and somehow our quote information was lost. The sales person quickly sent out another quote and was very pleasant to talk to. My husband and I walked in to the showroom to purchase items for our bathroom. It took a while for someone to help us. The lady was nice, but it didn't seem like she was actually listening to us. She told us she'd give us a quote that day through email. Now 4 days later, still no quote so I call them. I get, "oh she's busy, I'll have her call you back." Still no phone call or quote. Guess our money means nothing.

  Hi Michele, I apologize for your frustration. We truly do strive to provide the best customer service and we appreciate each and every one of our customers. I understand you came in on a Friday afternoon. Unfortunately, your salesperson was not here on Saturday, and we are closed on Sundays. We do also have a couple of new employees in the showroom who are still learning. I understand you received your quote earlier this morning. We appreciate your patience as this is our busy season and it can get a little crazy in the showroom! Thank you for your business!
