  Crying reading the other reviews. Theses people did an emergency delivery for me all I can say is I agree when I read kind courteous and always puts the customer above themselves. I’m not even a customer yet ( I will be now) and they took amazing care of us! God bless!

  We are new oil heat homeowners and no clue what we are doing. Our first visit to the office was great! Informative and friendly staff. Prompt delivery. Then today, a Sunday of course, horrible smell upstairs of burning oil. Jeremiah came to our house within 20 minutes of calling. Walked me through the issues and fixed the issue. He took time to educate me and made sure he left with me feeling at ease and a plan for service. If you don’t think you need to service your furnace on the regular, think again. So thankful RE Smith was there for us. 24/7 service!!!

  Was there today to start up an account and I was extremely impressed, First thing I noticed was the Prayer request box, something that you don't see very often, a company that isn't afraid of showing their Faith and a willingness to help others. Looking forward to doing business you folks.
