Called today at 420pm and told the gentlemen we would arrive at 428pm just to pick up a quick air filter. He basically said don’t bother because they close at 430pm. We stated we would be there before 430pm and he was very unprofessional and uncaring and didn’t care that he was turning away a customer. He just wanted to leave early and go home. Not what I would call a company that’s goes above and beyond or really cares about their customers. Highly disappointed.

I went in there two week ago to order some parts, told me no problem will get them on order, went in there a week later,told me not here yet, went in there today, told me he forgot to order them, What kind of service is that ?
