  Has to be one of the worst Michaels that I’ve ever experienced in my 24 years in this trade. The problem is the you’re here for me attitude with your counter professionals. And absolutely no attempt of cross-referencing that seems to go with trade professionals naturally. It’s like you guys look for a reason to say we can’t help you. I’m Disappointed in this store. It’s the only one. I’m self-employed.

  Terrible customer service. Hire someone who has a clue. Tried telling me tankless is hard to size when i gave him a minuim. Said anything bigger that i could get sooner rather than later and you would of thought i was speaking Chinese. Confused the daylights out-of him kept telling me to go to website. Website doesnt tell me lead times and inventory. Waste of time . Id never buy from johnstone but i might instead of doing business with this branch
