  That last review is pretty accurate. Most of the time they do not ask to help you they will leave you standing there In front of them when you are clearly ready to check out and or need assistance. It’s like the customer is a burden to them. It’s a shame because I thought so highly of re Michel because I love the ashburn location but this one I try not to go in because I do not like the overall experience. They do not have much, many things aren’t in stock. Not many belts and not many tools to buy if you are in a pinch and need something.

  It's like they only hire pot smokers. Who isnt high when I go in this store? Plus it smells like marijuana in the back all the time . RE Michel Co is a good company, but this branch needs a huge overhaul. Nobody seems to care about their job. Lazy

  rude customer service, not how you do business. never had a problem with any other locations, until this one, it’s almost as if they don’t care.
