  R.B. Queern & Co. has been servicing our heating and air conditioning unit for the past several years. The office staff have been very responsive and always setup our appointments quickly. The technicians are highly skilled, professional and polite. The technicians that I have had the pleasure of having come to our house, have worked for R.B. Queern for many years. That speaks highly for the company! I have recommended R. B. Queern to all of my neighbors and they are happy customers too!

  We were very happy with the prompt and efficient service we received from R B Queern. We haven’t had any problems with our furnace so we had not called them in ten years, but we were able to get a technician the same morning we called. The technician was knowledgeable and fixed our problem immediately. He also said the office will call us about setting up having our furnaces cleaned on a regular basis. We were very satisfied.
