  Our Bryant heater broke yesterday, and Brandon showed up 2 hours after we called. He was punctual, and quickly spot the problem, and explained the overall repair to us clearly. The repair cost was very reasonable. R&B also installed our air conditioning unit last year, and when our heater broke, we didn't even call other companies to compare quote. R&B is our one stop shop for HVAC from now on.

  Brandon was the consummate pro. He diagnosed the problem checked all other potential issues and replaced the thermostat. Super competent and friendly people who wore masks the entire time, and explained everything they were doing. Great locally owned, family owned business to support in San Jose.
