I needed a special part for my shower drain. I knew Ace and the big box stores would not have it. I had pictures of what I thought I needed. The associate who worked with me showed me exactly what I needed and took the time to show me how to install it. He gave me several tips and even gave me a small tool to clean the threads on the old plumbing. My parts cost about $12.00. I probably got $50.00 worth of advice for free. This is a great place to go and they are all friendly and willing to help. You will not get this at Lowes or Home Depot.
