Quincy's Heating and Air Conditioning company is the BEST! If you need anything for HVAC there is none better than Quincy's. My condo on the beach was a total loss due to mold damage.  Quincy's came to the rescue and replaced the entire system including AC, Heating and complete ductwork replacement.  They are there for everything from complete system replacement to regular maintenance. They really know their business, are quick to respond and have very competitive prices.  The office staff and technicians are top notch from top to bottom.  The best description I can use is LIFESAVERS!  You can trust them for great service, accurate advice and reasonable prices.

Quincy's did a fantastic job!  First with discussing/pricing multiple HVAC options for our condo unit then with the quality work of the crew.  Keith Walker, the owner, and his team are top notch.  5 stars for pricing, product quality and customer service.

I have used Quincy's several times on a few properties. We had a new installation at a rental in Lynn Haven. They installed new ductwork, new air handler, and outside condenser and fixed previous problems from past installations. There was a hole left in my soffit from the previous material and Keith and his crew came out after the job was done and they were paid and fixed it. Looks very nice and professional. I will continue to use Quincy's over and over.

If anybody needs AC work of any kind, Quincys the company for you. Owning a house in Florida for a year plus and going through many different vendors, I found it difficult to find qualified and honest vendors of any kind.After meeting with Keith, the owner, the first day of my phone call,which I appreciated the timely response. With my son being in HVAC in Ohio I knew if I was hearing the truth or not. If you’re looking for a company that’s gonna be straight up honest with you and give you exactly what you need, give Quincy’s a call. They handle all heating and HVAC systems. Rather split units or conventional,which I have both.They may not be the least expensive or the most expensive but they are most qualified.

Highly recommend Quincy's, worked with Keith on bid, best I found.  The owner was on the job, shovel in hand, along with a great crew.  Everything was completed and on time.  That's service and commitment.

Keith and Quincy's Heating and Air Conditioning were fabulous to work with. The best experience I have had with a company here in Panama City Beach. They were on time, professional and  most of all did everything they promised to do! Highly recommend them!

We built a new house and had major heating and air issues. Many attempts were made to fix it. We called in five companies to listen to their suggestions. Keith (owner) of Quincy's was chosen due to his outstanding proposal on how to fix our problems long term. Keith was delightful to work with...he answered all of our questions honestly and was very professional. His crew was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and very respectful of our property.  They installed three Trane units that fixed the issues that we have had over the past two years.
Quincy's installed the Trane Clean Effects Air Filtration system, which is the industry leader. They also installed the Reme-Halo purification system. This system helps prevent Covid, Sars, and other diseases through its high-tech cleaning system. Both HEPA and the Halo systems have left our home smelling fresher and far less dusty.
We highly recommend both systems, they have made a huge difference in our home. Quincy's is the best company we have ever hired. Thank you Keith and all the staff at Quincy's for a job well done.

Quincy's' did a great job with my installation.  I read the reviews and chose to use Quincy's based on historical experience from previous installations.  There are always a few minor issues that arise on installations and Keith (the owner) and his crew (service and installation) worked to make sure the installation was perfect.  They sell a great product (Trane), very respectful staff and owner, and Keith stands behind his installation until it is perfect.  Recommend them highly and will definitely be using them for future installations on other real estate properties.  5 star customer service in my opinion from the owner and the staff!

Been a customer for 30+ yrs - renters didn't pay for a 79$ service check. I'm on the do not service list....
Was looking into a new TRANE system as my hvac went out.
They just lost a lifetime customer.

Wow, gotta say that I am amazed you decided to write a review on how disrespectful you treat others!  By listening to the recordings and looking at the documentation in your ex- customer file it is clear that you were aware and had agreed to the diagnostic fee for the over 3 years old outstanding bill of agreed to service.  You are absolutely on the DO NOT SERVICE list.  The owner of the property is the party responsible for the bill of any services performed on their property, even when the renters are related to the owners.

I had choices at my rental home in PCB for complete new AC Heat Pump System, so glad I went with Quincy’s.  I was given several quotes for repairs and financing options that were available.  I was even more excited and the annual maintenance program they offered at an affordable price.  My tenant is over 90 years old, Keith and Team took the time to educate her on how to use the new touch screen thermostat and even wrote the size of the filter on the furnace.  I so appreciated the calls with updates of installation and the photos of the installed unit once completed.  I have been in the customer service industry for over 30 years, Quincy’s receives a 5 star rating from me!!!
