  was professional and courteous. From the initial phone call to schedule a diagnostic, to the dispatcher(Raymond), then the repairman (William). I was impressed. As soon as William arrived, he greeted my husband and I. Asked us a few questions and headed right outside to the unit. He tested a couple of theories and realized our dual capacitor had blown. He took the time to explain what was happening, and then offered a solution. He discussed the pricing with us and the part readily available. He had us up and running in less than 30mins, during a heatwave. I would definitely endorse this technician, to anyone I know.

  They arrived last year when heater was not blowing out hot air. They were quick and honest told me what it was telling me also that the part is free to replace cause of a lawsuit years ago against the heater so parts and labor for anyone who had one got work done for free. Did good clean work and had it fixed as soon as part came in. Always gonna use them for any heater needs

  good service! Professional and expeditious! Our main water line sprang a leak. Wyatt arrived out within a reasonable amount of time, on a Sunday on a holiday weekend. There was a cost for the emergency visit, but pricing was fair and options were given. We appreciate this friendly and professional company.
