  I’m disappointed in Quarato & Quarato Inc Plumbing in Leechburg. I called last Tuesday for someone to come out. The guy said the plumber would call and schedule. Never called. I called Monday, and the guy said the plumbers weren’t in, but he would have them call me. Finally, Tuesday, the plumber called me and was rude. He then said he would be there Tuesday afternoon and finish up on Thursday. Plumber never showed up on Tuesday. Never called to explain why. He never showed up today. So, I just called to cancel my request. If you want my money and business, be professional. Don’t no-show - call customers if you can’t show - don’t be rude on the phone. You don’t just no show! I’m done recommending them to everyone because they have extremely poor customer service skills. No, thanks.

  They always manage to have that one oddball part that I need to get things patched up, or if they don't there's always someone that knows how to make the pieces that they do have fit together to serve that purpose

  Highly recommend, very fast with their work especially for an emergency call on the end of a work day. Very friendly and helpful. Great price and great service!!
