Patrick and his assistant were terrific representatives for your company. Although our problem proved to be minor, they corrected it and performed inspections on the furnace, and made an adjustment to our system. Both men were cordial and courteous and kind to us Senior Citizens. We will continue our association with QRS as needs arise. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Patrick showed up at my apartment unannounced. I had no idea who this man was. There was no prior correspondence with my management company regarding a scheduled visit from a maintenance tech. I started asking questions to get a better understanding of why he was at my door with no mention from my management company. He decided to catch an attitude with me. I am quite certain that if I were a man answering the door, and not a 5'2 girl, he wouldn't have the gall. Completely unprofessional.
