  Extremely unprofessional! I called this company on 10/25/21 and I spoke to Matt. I explained my concerns, and he let me know that my concerns were fixable. He asked me to send pictures with my address. Immediately after hanging up with Matt I texted my address and the pictures he requested. It’s now 11/29/21, over a month later and still no response. I understand he could have been busy at the time I called, but he could have gotten back to me at some point during that week. I don’t recommend this company to anyone.

  On time professional and personable. The job looks Great!! They took pride in the work they did which is hard to find at times. Checked everything out very thoroughly before leaving !!!

  We picked this place after several quotes from other vendors and so glad we did. Quality Mechanical has a great team and they all work together! We had our central A/C installed and these boys did not stop even with it being 100 degrees in the sun all day. Never complained and always had a smile on their face. Explained the whole process in detail and even sent a tech to be sure everything was done up to par! I would totally recommend this company to anyone looking for spot on work! Thank you to Jerry, Andy, Ken and Jeff! Especially want to thank John and Tyler who worked tirelessly in this incredible heat to get the job done! Could not of picked a better week to finally enjoy our central air! Even the dog loves it! Sincerely, Dawn & Tim
