  We called the Fireplace Shop to repair our dirty and non-working fireplace insert. We previously had a quote needing to replace the whole system at over $1.5K. Ruben came out and worked on our system. He showed up on time and started by cleaning out the whole system before he did a good diagnosis. After he cleaned, he promptly repaired the issue and even fixed the fan wiring which was initially installed incorrectly. All the fixed costed us a fraction of what we were quoted by a much bigger company. I am glad we called them and got a second opinion. I would recommend them for any future repairs you need.

  When closing a commercial deal they were to inspect all the HVAC and systems. They lied about performing the service and gave the seller of the property (a friend of their's) documentation and a bill to present at closing showing the work was done. After closing all five profesional tenants said no HVAC inspection or service was ever done. This is not only unprofessional but DISHONEST! I was concerned about this during closing when a couple tenants said no one had come to inspect and service the HVAC. I called into qualty heating and talked to the owner, the seller was in his office at the time with him and they said he was going to go out and do the work and not to worry. Obvious they have no propblem lying to you and giving false documentation even in a legal proceding. I would highly NOT RECOMMEND doing any business with them.

  The service man was very prompt and knowledgeable. He was friendly and listened to everything we said, discussed various options for preventing the problem from happening again. We would not hesitate to call on them for any future problems.
