  We called Quality over the holiday weekend with issues with our thermostat. They installed our furnace about 2 1/2 years ago. Kevin was on call and came out to diagnose the trouble. He was the one who has serviced the furnace last summer. When he arrived he determined what the problem was and fixed it. Though Kevin and Quality had not been the company who installed the thermostat he in his courteous and professional manner took care of issue. No problem with that not being something they had sold or installed. Would not hesitate to recommend them. When I call again for my yearly furnace maintenance I will request Kevin be our service technician

  From scheduling the appointment to completing the maintenance, I was very happy with Quality Heating. They provide a great customer experience (professional & very thorough). Kevin performed the maintenance and he was awesome. Really knows his stuff! He took the time to explain a lot of things and answered a lot of my questions before he left. You can't go wrong with this team.

  Really happy with the service I received today. Kevin came out to restore power to my mini-split. He took the time to listen to me, analyze the problem and had it repaired in no time. He was professional, friendly and efficient and gave me plenty of tips for keeping my unit running in tip top shape. I’d highly recommend Quality Heating to anyone. The service fee and repair costs were reasonable.
