  Quality Heating and Cooling are the best!!! Three years ago they installed new central air for us, that installer was Scott he did an excellent job for us. This year Alex came out to do a routine maintenance check on our 24yr old furnace and advised us that repairs/replacement of certain parts is inevitable soon. We had planned on a new furnace but not till the fall. He did an assessment of our home and quoted us a price so we decided to do it now. Alex was professional and very thorough, he was great. When he was scheduling the install I asked if Scott could do it and he was available. Scott and Nick came out and installed our new furnace today. I really felt at ease with Scott as he has 30 years of experience in heating and cooling and he is extremely knowledgeable so I knew the job was done right. Nick and Scott worked for 6 hours installing the furnace, they were friendly, polite, professional and very thorough. They cleaned up the work site, made sure the new pipe going outside was properly sealed and explained everything from the new thermostat to how to insert the filters. Both of these men are a valuable asset to Quality Heating and cooling.

  This is a great company! Very professional and easy to work with! All techs and sales guys very knowledgeable. Called for maintenance, discovered we needed a new furnace and AC and someone came out for a quote the same day as the maintenance and all was scheduled and installed within a week. Very happy with everything. Highly recommend quality heating and cooling for your needs!

  I have to say, Quality Heating & Cooling has been the best. We used them years ago to install and entire heating and cooling system at our previous house, and they did a fantastic job. In our new home, we recently had an issue with our furnace. They were able to come out, diagnose the problem, and get it fixed within days. We've had experiences with other places that took over a week to diagnose issues and order parts. These guys got it done in under 2 days. Just good old fashioned trustworthiness.
