  I called them 2 time and both times charged me for freon and didn't tell me first time second time they said they can't check it for leaks until it was 70 degrees outside and now it's winter my heat quit workin because I have a mini split and it heats with freon also and we are sol until can get someone else out here

  Came out to do fall maintenance, not sure he did anything. I recently had another company come out and they adjusted temperature limits and burner. He was also supposed to provide a quote to replace a min split unit that he says is shot, 6 weeks later and I'm still waiting for the quote. Will not call this place again.

  My AC has acted up the entire 10 years ive lived here. My landlord finally called quality and they had my ac working great! For about a month....now it's doing the exact same thing all over again. I still rate them 4 stars, only because it takes so long to get someone out. And I wish I could call on a Sunday when its 80 on my house 😭😩😩
