  We had an excellent experience with QCHS. Our heater failed in the middle of a major snowstorm and we needed immediate emergency service. The company arrived on the same day even though the roads were extremely bad. They immediately diagnosed the problem and quickly obtained a replacement part. Thanks to their fast service the disruption was very limited and we avoided a dangerous situation. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Thanks!!!

  Called in because we didn’t have power to our unit. They suggested ensuring that no switches had been turned off because I had a hardwired system. Found a switch in the off position and that solved it. No one needed to come out for a repair. Thank you!

  I had an emergency at my home and needed to have the A/C condensing unit disconnected and removed to a safe location. Through a recommendation, I called Andrew and explained my situation. He immediately put my mind at ease when he said he could work around his schedule and be there early the next morning. That's service!
