  I needed someone ASAP to complete our HVAC remediation work from our home inspection. Dorian was not only reliable but professional and on time! He provided exactly what we needed and wrote a professional write up. His prices were good as well.   During the 4th of July Weekend my AC unit started leaking and shut off. I called a few companies at 0430 AM. Being so early I left a few messages as I expected to do But Quality Breeze not only answered, but asked a few questions and had a tech out the same day. They found out what the problem was went to get the part to replace. Then all of the sudden my AC unit started to work. Alot of companies wouldve still charged me for the parts and huge labor fees, but they didnt. They said they would hold on to the parts for a few days just in case I needed it. After a thorough inspection, filter change and cleaning I havent had any problems Since. Well the only real problem is Quality Breeze set the bar so far out of reach - they have ABSOLUTELY NO COMPETITION !!!

  Technician was pleasant but came to my home 3 - 4 times and after paying them just shy of $200 my A/C unit still does the same thing I called them out to repair. I will definitely not ever use their services again, nor can I recommend them.
