  Unreliable. All kinds of excuses.Does not show up on time,then not at all after he is paid. Had to pay in advance probably because he does not have credit with suppliers. Does not complete all work. Does not provide product literature or warranty information. Makes unfulfilled promises . Does not return phone calls. I was at fault to do business with him, thought I was giving a young guy a break, shame on me. Beware of doing business with him. He is just a conman. I have to contact the manufacture to see what my warranty options are now. Probably have to hire another contractor to inspect the installation. The only positive review is by one of the owners.

  Don’t use them . Freddy Hillick came out very nice everything working well . He checked everything out again in a few months. Then we needed a repair and could not get him. We paid extra to get faster service not funny at all. Very disappointed. We were told they were closed. We also learned they put in a 2014 unit in April 2018. We paid 250.00 for a worthless contract and 200.00 for a surge protector ( not sure if it works) STAY Away.

  Used this company for a few years with minimal issues. They installed a new outside unit 2summers ago and an inside system last year. I contracted last year for 2018. They didn’t show up for spring service and when I called the number was disconnected. Brought a new company in to check the system and discovered to the tune of $1600+ that their installation was shoddy. They had installed parts wrong, duck taped connections instead of properly sealing pvc together, installed the door to inside unit wrong to prevent closing, as well as put water deflectors upside down. The list goes on............!
