  Definitely a five-star company. Called at 8 in the morning. I live in a mobile home so it's important to get my AC working again as soon as possible. Repair man arrived at 10:30. I was repaired by 1PM. Like everything else these days it was more expensive than I liked but I sold a home in March that needed half the unit replaced and that was 3300.00 dollars so I already was aware what AC parts cost. I will be using them in the Future.

  Quality Air of Brevard ROCKS!!!! Quality had been doing the maintenance on our A/C unit for the past 15 years. It stopped cooling on one of the hottest Sunday's of the summer. Josh came out within an hour and got the old unit going, and the following day Jim was able to quote the replacement. The install was quick, and they worked around our busy schedules. Great company, fair pricing and excellent service! HIGHLY Recommend!!

  Review Quality AC The best AC repair company. I live within two blocks from the ocean. 6-8 years ago I had the outside unit replaced with a Carrier unit and inside evaporator. The outside evaporator is coated with zinc to protect from corrosion, 9 + years and no/little corrosion. I like the A shape evaporator for better cooling flow. Review, the outside unit, condenser was replaced under warranty for the part only, I paid the labor, this is ok. The part was ordered and within three day the techs had my AC up and running perfectly. On the first call/inspection the tech located the problem and ordered the part. A few months prior I called A___ AC company and the tech said he needed to take apart the inside unit to check for a leak, I declined and had him recharge the unit so I could call Quality AC. A____ company installed the AC system in my house 25 years ago put the wrong size of duct pipe to one of the bedrooms and I thought they would assist in correcting the problem, did not happen, to they recharge the system $$ and goodbye. When AC was not cooling properly, I call Quality Air. Quality Air found the problem quickly, fix it, processed a warranty, and I paid a reasonable amount of labor charge, happy. NEW 5-21-21 Free Estimate provide first visit. Was able to get AC running until new system available in a week. Replaced a ten year old Carrier system they installed. Ten year Carrier warrant excellent. Quality Air took immediate care of problem six years ago. Reasonable and perfect install of new system. Will call and recommend Quality Air again.
