  Was in a bind and gave him a call. He was out of town and said he mostly does commercial refrigeration so the rate to drive back to town and help was pretty steep. He had to come back to town to help another customer and gave me a call back to see if I still needed help. Came by and fixed my problem in less than 10 minutes!

  Came out free of charge to take care of warranty issue. Took care of the problem the same day I called. They do care about their customers.

  I cant reccomend Quality Air enough! They are extremely friendly, quick to answer calls and when I called they were at our house in a flash! Tony fixed our problem lightning fast! What an amazingly nice, neighborly company! 10 out of 10!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH
