Technicians did a good job overall but communication from the company was terrible. Granted I worked with them through a warranty company and they did not make me feel like they were my technical experts. For example, they couldn’t tell me how long orders typically take (even if I had contracted them directly), they couldn’t say whether parts are readily available, if not what the options are and time implications, etc. in the end part was not available and so needed to replace the unit and no one told me about the change in scope. Instead they sent the warranty company an opaque bill of 2,700 as my copay. When I asked for a breakdown of total cost and what was covered by warranty I never got it after several tries. They issued me a commitment note which I needed to sign in the Body of an email and asked ME to put it in a document and sign!!! Not professional at all. Knowing how opaque their bill was, they collected the check before commencing work! And of course, they run into a problem and had to reorder a part. So I had paid fully for service I was not sure would be satisfactorily completed. In the end it was resolved (for now at least). Overall experience was poor.

My gas furnace went down and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately the replacement needed to be ordered, and it took a while to deliver. It was very bad timing because it was the coldest week in the last 3 years. The phone operators called me every day with updates, called to pressure the delivery company on my behalf, and sent out the installers on Friday afternoon when the furnace was finally delivered Friday morning. They were very professional. I have had a lot of trouble with other companies that seemed completely indifferent when deliveries were delayed because it has nothing to do with them, so it was nice that this company looked for solutions even though they didn’t really have to because they knew I was struggling.

Much improved notification for second appointment arrival. The tech was excellent- as he was the first time. He explained the problem very patiently & did a patch so I will have heat/air until part arrives. I was very happy with the appointment.
