  Chad is awesome. Honest, reliable and reasonable pricing. The first time we used his company, he wasn't the least expensive quote, but he was the most knowledgeable and his quote was on the lower end of the many we received. We are Real Estate Investors, so since then we've used Chad exclusively for over two years and on multiple projects and properties and he's always been top notch. The only AC guys we use.

  Best HVAC company I have ever used. Chad was amazing, he came out and fixed both the AC and Heating units. The pricing was great and they don't rip you off like a lot of the other companies in Knoxville. Customer service was awesome. I highly recommend!

  Chad is just great! He is very reasonably priced, knows his stuff, and responsive! He checked and replaced the starting capacitor in the outdoor unit of our HVAC in less than half an hour, and on just a couple days' notice. I will always trust Quality Air Control with my HVAC needs.
