  After having constant trouble with an AC company that my landlord was using for over a year, I reached out to Quality 1 for help, and the service they provided was top notch. They responded quickly to all of my calls and emails, and they made it out to my house quickly (same day) to inspect the issue and fix it promptly. They were incredibly professional and efficient. Zach was extremely helpful through the entire process. Would highly recommend!

  Mitsubishi recommended Quality 1 as a preferred DFW installer, well-trained so I called them up. They came over (no charge), inspected my garage and kitchen for a 2-zone mini-split heat pump (ductless), gave me a quote soon after, ordered the parts and came by. They finished install in a day, came by to test it in the morning. Exceptionally courteous and professional, great attention to detail, above and beyond to have a clean install, and significantly better communication than I get from contractors. These are too complex to set up correctly yourselves imho. They're well worth the fair price - quality indeed - y'all be good to them.

  I worked with Zak to schedule an appointment for both an estimate and repair. The tech who arrived was knowledgeable and most importantly honest. I had received a quote a couple of quotes already from the larger HVAC maintenance companies in the DFW area, so I was interested to see if Quality 1 came to the same conclusion on what needed to be done for my system. Quality 1 pointed out the same issues as the others, but the difference was they provided an honest and cost-friendly solution. They could have over-exaggerated the issues like the other HVAC company, but instead they provided an honest opinion. I ended up saving around ~$200 because of their honesty. I will continue to use Quality 1 for all routine maintenance and eventually a new unit and installation because they do what's best for the customer.
