From the beginning, we had a wonderful experience with Pyramid Heating & Cooling. Ellen was a pleasure to schedule services with. We had someone come out to take a look at our furnace and make sure that it was in working order. Our furnace is very old, and we knew that it was making a clunking sound. Deon diagnosed the issue, in that we needed a new motor to the furnace. He found the the part, drove to pick it up and installed the new motor all in the same day. He was courteous, prompt and very professional. We had another person from Pyramid Heating scheduled to come out the next day to do duct cleaning. Dale arrived on time, was courteous and did a wonderful job cleaning the heating ducts and dryer vent. I am so glad that I called this company to do this work. I feel like I got a lot for the money that I paid.

I can't recommend Pyramid enough! from the first call when our furnace went out, to estimating, to ordering and installation they were phenomenal. They were quick and patient with all my questions. Our furnace went out the week is snowed and they went above and beyond to help us quickly so were were not freezing. Do yourself a favor and use Pyramid for all you heating & cooling needs!

To start, Dean was right on time. He informed me immediately that he couldn’t do the A/C maintenance because it was too cold outside and I really appreciated Dean letting me know that right up front. Dean not only did a great job with the furnace maintenance, he educated me on our system and how to make it more efficient. This was great because my wife and I recently purchased this home. Based on my positive experience with Dean, I would recommend him and Pyramid Heating & Cooling to everyone. Dean is an excellent representative for your business and I will request him each time!
