  Jeff seemed like a solid guy at first. We bought a brand new furnace and Air conditioning in Feb 2015. Have tried several time to have him come back and service the unit. He will not answer phone calls or text. This past fall of 2018 a burner unit went out and I tried again to get a hold of him. No answer. No response. No business from us and I would not recommend Putney Heating and Air Conditioning.

  Good luck getting this joke of a company to return your calls. I've left two messages to get a repair man to come a mile away from his shop and cannot get a response. Sorry way to run a business
