  I won't call anyone but Clayton. He is wonderful! And I really like his employee, Nick. Nick knows more than any a/c person I've ever met. They treat me well, don't try to upsell, fix the problem, are polite and trustworthy. I feel really lucky I use Clayton's company for my a/c needs!

  Update: just had AC problems at our new house. Literally Clayton(owner) answered the phone after hours on the 2nd ring and had his on call tech Nick out to our house immediately. Within 1.25 hours from the time I placed the call the capacitor was changed and our AC was up and running. And that included the time the tech took to verify system was working correctly post repair. Very reasonable rates for a after hours call and very professional/ trustworthy tech. Purtz Air has provided nothing but exceptional trustworthy service. Our AC went out last night and they came out within 1 hour of our phone call and had it up and running with a new capacitor in under 15 minutes from time of arrival. Professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, on time, and priced very competitively on installs and service. Great job guys!

  Purtz is exactly what you want as a home owner, they go the extra mile, are responsive, trustworthy, and customer focused. Purtz has been servicing my carrier infinity systems keeping them running quiet, efficient, and clean. I have recommended Purtz to several neighbors who have also had great experiences. One recently had a compressor replaced by Purtz and is happy with the outcome.
