  Travis is outstanding!! We recently moved to Chatsworth and did not know of any air conditioner companies. We gave Pure Comfort a call and he came to our house after hours. Travis was very knowledgeable and had great pricing. I would 100% recommend him and his company. Will definitely be using them again for our future needs.

  Travis is a life saver! Very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. This is not my first time calling on him to fix a problem at my condo. He is quick to respond, pricing is very reasonable and fare. Travis had assessed the problem in a matter of minutes after his arrival and fixed the problem in a timely manner. If you have a problem with your air conditioner or heating system don’t hesitate to call Pure Comfort, he may be young but he defiantly knows what he is doing. I would not hesitate to recommend him, he is who you want to call if you have a problem.

  Travis has a great knowledge of heating and air units. Over the years I have had many heat and air technicians that just want to take your money and/or sale you something you don't need. Travis is a very kind and honest person. He only wanted to fix my unit and not sale me something I did not need. He came after hours (because of the rain) just to work on my unit. He seems to be a very clean young man with Christian values. Thank you Travis.
