  In 2019 I wrote a great review about this company and how Dean really helped and worked with my limited budget for an HVAC system. I knew nothing about Pahrump let alone HVAC units but Dean never took advantage of my situation and was professional, fair, and honest. Not only has this ductless system been a life saver here in these temperatures, it has proven its reliability and had zero issues, and it took a crazy hurricane tropical storm this year to finally take out one of the units. (Dean talked me into two units for redundancy in case something like this would happen!) I called Dean again after the storm and they repaired the broken unit at a very fair price. They were slammed with all the damages across town so I told them to take their time since I had a backup unit! Thank you again Ptown Air!

  The best in service and price! We called another AC company and they wanted $16,000 for a new unit! Ptown was less than a third. On time, masked and clean. I'd absolutely call them again. And our new unit is super efficient and quiet

  I called yesterday afternoon when my AC went down. They were here next morning. Replaced worn out fan motor. Very competent technicians Sal and Frank. This was my first time using P-Town Air. I can guarantee they are who I will call if any of my 3 HVAC units fail again. Friends recommended them and I will also recommend to anyone needing HVAC service or replacement. Just for the record last time I had a problem AC unit, it took 3 weeks to get someone from Home insurance company to send a repairman from Las Vegas. And I still had to pay the service charge.
