  I come home Friday afternoon September 2nd. 2016 and my house was not cool, I check things out and find the fan on the outside unit not working. So, I call the a/c serviceman I have been using for many years and as usual no answer and I get his voicemail, I called him and his helper a total of 3 times and left messages, he did finally call me back on Saturday morning. Ok back to my review, after 5pm on Friday I start calling a/c contractors from online ads and got the answering service for Pruitt a/c, the lady asked for my name, address, and what problem I was having I gave her that information, but I asked her if someone was actually going to call me or was I wasting my time, she assured me the next available serviceman would call me, about 30 minutes later the owner of the company called to get directions to my house, and arrives shortly. He was very professional, friendly and I could tell he had vast knowledge of what he was doing, he makes the repair on my a/c unit and also services my additional unit. I was overall very satisfied, so my new a/c serviceman is now Jeff Pruitt for my home and my rent houses.
