She was able to dispatch the technician the same day! Jeremy arrived on time and started to work towards fixing the issue immediately. He was very professional and friendly. He easily diagnosed and repaired my system within 45 minutes. Throughout the process Jeremy was thorough; he took his time to explain the steps necessary to get my system back up and running. The cost for the service was within reason. I will use Pruett again for any of my heating and cooling needs!

Jeremy Clark serviced our unit today. He was very professional and nice. He went above and beyond to make sure our unit was in good shape. I would like the owners of Pruett Heating and Air to know what an asset they have with Jeremy working for them as a hvac tech. I had a problem with a Trane heat pump that was installed in 1998 and Jeremy was sent to check it out. He was on time and very professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem promptly and recommended that I consider a new unit instead of spending a lot of money on the old one. I’m getting several quotes on a new unit but he will be the reason I choose Pruett to install the new one.

Out of all the HVAC companies in the area, Pruett was able to provide me the best price for top shelf Carrier unit. All the technicians were very friendly and polite. They got the job done in 122F attic, it was hell in there but they didn't stop working. Everything was professionally done and they even fixed all the air leaks from previous company that installed system 10 years ago. They did great job with making sure everything outside and inside looks presentable and professional. Now with their warranty and manufacturer warranty for brand new unit I don't have to worry about expensive fixes for next few years. I'm happy that I got great unit for affordable price and professional services. My neighbor have been using them for years and always we're happy with their service. Definitely will recommend this company to others. Keep up the good work.
