  Pruett has been our "go to" HVAC service company since we bought our house 10 years ago. Their service is always spot on and, if needed, their emergency service is fast and effective. Our last maintenance check was performed by their technician, Casey. He gave us the most though and comprehensive maintenance check I have seen. I was glad to have his expertise on the job and have requested his services on our next maintenance call. Thanks Casey and Pruett for a job well done and the peace of mind that goes with it.

  We have used Pruett multiple times for total replacement of our HVAC units and also used them to help repair and replace some duct work. Every time we have used them they have been prompt and completed everything we agreed upon in a timely manor and also went over and above to ensure that the job was completed properly. We even had a contractor at our house recently working on something else and he actually asked me who did my ductwork, he said it was some of the best he had seen. Keith Dix and Lance Pruett both have been extremely helpful.

  Great experience with Pruett! Technician, Randy, came a day early when he learned that we had a baby in the house and no heat with 20 degrees forecasted. Service tech, Casey, arrived within few hours for thermostat error message. Highly recommend Lance and the whole Pruett team.
