  I had just installed a brand new air handler, put power to it and it didnt work and had a HOT smell and then a pop sound..Tom from ProTech is very friendly and knowledgeable-he came out 2 hours after i called (which is unheard of to have a response time like that) Tom let me watch over his shoulder and quickly found the unit had been wired wrong from factory.he corrected the issue, and installed a new transformer-now it works great! I highly recommend them!

  Wonderful company! We had a new home delivered and was having problems with the furnace. Calling the people we bought the home from made things worse we called ProTech at 430 Friday evening they scheduled to be at our home at 6pm and was there on time. They were Wonderful they got the furnace to start and noticed flames where there should not be flames. The shut it off and cleaned the furnace found Debree on the elements. They saved us from having a fire. They also fixed our thermostat and got our heat on. Tom was so great and knowledgeable and his apprentice was nice and sweet. So thankful for them. Would recommend them to everyone!!!!!

  I had a mini-split giving me fits. These guys came out, discovered the problem, and resolved it very quickly and completely. Very professional and fun to work with too!
