We are so pleased with our new unit. They went above and beyond with the entire process! Special care was taken to protect our oak tongue and groove hardwood flooring! Great company.  Family owned and operated.  I recently moved to the Villages and was looking for someone to service my heating and air unit.  Jim (the owner) came out and performed the 20 point inspection.  Needed freon for the air conditioner.
The cost was more than half of what others charge for a service call.  Very pleased with everything from setting the appointment to the service call.  I plan on recommending to my family and friends.

Pro-tech is awesome! Fast, professional and affordable service from start to finish. Technician was on time, clean and polite. He fixed the problem, gave advice on how to help a/c run more efficiently and did not try to upsell us. We highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend this company! Jim and Barbara are very organized and kind! I had a new system installed and the job went very well! Jim has so much experience he can be trusted to resolve anything! I am so pleased with their service!!

Highly recommend!!!! Had a full system replacement done by them and had a capacitor go out on Christmas. The next day (a Saturday) they called though they were closed and came out to fix the system with no questions asked. Professional and very friendly.

Have used them for the past 10 yrs. Twice have had emergency A/C breakdowns.  Both happened on a Sunday one in the morning and they came out and fixed.  The other late Sunday, I left message and they came out Monday and where able to fix.  If it's broken and not running call them and they can fix it.  Thanks for your expertise and service.

Poor service. The man came out and before he even walked to the unit he was making commenets about the brand and how he cant do anything. He was very rude and wouldnt even look at the unit because it wasnt leaking, which it only does when the ac is off. He made smart comments about the past company we had here because he knows them. He was extremely rude, unfriendly and very unprofessional. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.
