  We went through American Home Shield who assigned Derek @ Proper Plumbing Solutions to evaluate our problem. It was very clear that he would not come to our residence unless he received Holiday Pay for his services. We can understand the need to find the source of the leak, but he damaged our home in his hurried attempt to locate the leak. When asked if he'd put things back the way he found them, he indicated that we would need to "hire a carpenter". Also American Home Shield indicated that they would not pay to repair the damages. So a word of caution when using this company's services!
