  I just had my entire air conditioning/heating units replaced with a new system. Mike and Angel were absolutely wonderful. They were prompt, professional, polite and did a great job installing the system. Mike was extremely experienced, knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing. Angel was also a very nice gentleman and made sure that everything was in its place and clean when the job was done. Arnold was the person who came an gave us the estimate. He was very nice as well and also fair with the price that he quoted us. I highly recommend this company. They were excellent in every aspect of the job. I will definitely be using this company again and recommend them to friends and relatives.

  From good to bad to worse service... They are willing to cover their mistakes with Insulation to pass at all costs. I normally do not write reviews unless I'm extremely frustrated or very pleased about a Product/Service. After finding them on Angie's List, I hired this company to upgrade my AC inside and outside units. The Chief Technician assured me everything would be quality work without any shortcuts. A few days after the installation, I discovered the inside unit was not the one I selected and paid for. This caused an issue in order to pass the Pasco code inspection. After 5 months of constant follow-ups, they finally came and replaced the inside unit. Part of that work is drainage line rework. The Pasco inspector came and pointed out a few minor things that needed to be corrected. Pronto's Chief Technician came and did a full install inspection of the inside and outside units. Yet again, after the County Inspector came for the second time, we discovered a much bigger issue. As you can see from the photo, the drainage pipe was never glued and not even reaching; they just covered it with duct tape. As soon as the Inspector removed the insulation, water started pouring out. Therefore, inspection failed for a second time. I might not know what other issues they covered that I don't know about, maybe couple of years from now for me to know. Edit, 12th April 2022 The third Inspection passed yeey!! As for Pronto service, they apologized for some of their worker lack of experience and as a reconciliation, they offered one year maintenance (two visit for full system checkup). I found this to be a good service. Thank you.

  TOP notch company! In 2021, I met with Hilda, who gave me an honest quote on a full-duct replacement of my low pitch roof 1962 house in Orlando. She gave me a competitive price, unlike their competition that was way overpriced and trying to add all unnecessary bells and whistles. I sat on the project until I was ready financially, in wintertime, and at that point in my renovation journey. I called up Hilda a few months later to get the project rolling. She quickly responded, listened to my needs, and quoted me accordingly. Within a few days, they started the project. Hilda had a fantastic crew that consisted of Brandon, Mr. Angel, and Phil. They were clean, courteous, and quick. Esther was a dream to work with as well. She made sure I was up to date on any changes and offered their fantastic financing package. Hilda is an excellent representative of this company - she is honest with the customer and tries to help them as much as possible. She explained the needs of my HVAC and duct system in a way that all could understand educationally. I felt that I could trust her judgment based on experience and honesty. It is a rare quality in a business with a reputation for having swindlers. I cannot say enough great things about this company and of Hilda. I would 100% do business with them again and would recommend them.
