  My old system finally couldn't be repaired any longer and of course it took it's last breath on the hottest day of the year. Called Kim and Joe and had a brand new unit installed the following work day. Great price and great service. Thanks PROKOOL!

  They offered to come out after 6:30PM to perform a full diagnostic of the system (i.e. Pressure test & leak test). The Service Technician displayed great concern, focus, concentration and determination to locate the potential leak and at the same time remained consistently professional and courteous throughout the appointment. Oddly, no leak(s) were found so I decided to charge the system back up and they even stated that in the future should I require, and purchase, a new system through them that I could use the amount I paid for recharging the system credited towards a new system. By the way, that was put in writing on the invoice. That is great business practice.
