  Pro-Jan is the model of how every company should operate! They were responsive, friendly, professional and priced well. We had extensive water damage from a flash rainstorm, and they were able to squeeze us in around their schedule and make sure everything was taken care of right away. ALL of the staff were great to talk to, they explained the process and the pricing and took the time to answer all our questions. We highly recommend them to anyone needing professional cleaning services.

  ProJan did a wonderful job, steam cleaning and restoring a brand new look to my basement carpet. Prior to the clean, the carpet had a less stale and musty odor and multiple stains....after the treatment it looked perfect without a hint of previous stains. Wish i had done it sooner. In addition, staff was extremely courteous, pleasant and informative. Would highly recommend ProJan to anyone in need of above services.

  Got 10" of water in my basement after a freak rain event. Never has this happened in over 50 years that I know of. I was a mess, wondering how I was going to clean up the water and silt and not have a mold and odor problem. I reached out to ProJan. Their customer service rep, Bridget, took my info and kept in touch continuously through out the day advising me when the crew would be at my house. In spite of many calls due to the same rain event, they arrived in the afternoon. Their project manager, Chad, and his crew assessed the area and quickly began extracting the water. Within an hour or so thing's looked much better. Brad's understanding of the situation put me at ease, I even laughed a few times. We are still in the clean-up process, but I'm sure it will go well. I slept much better last night knowing Pro Jan was gonna get my basement dry, clean, sanitized and back to normal. I would highly recommend!!
