  I tried to get propane delivered the day before Thanksgiving and they couldnt make it and told me it would be Friday. So i called Friday and was told it would be Monday so no Thanksgiving dinner or showers for almost a week. But then surprise the showed up and saved the day by delivering me some propane to hold me over for the weekend.

  Terrible customer service. Promised to come service and never followed through. Called 3 times- each time said they could perform the job and they never made it to our house.
