  Great company! I called them after 3pm on a Friday, Danny was able to get someone in my house to diagnose the issue the same day (within less than an hour). The guy Richard came and diagnosed it quickly, parts were ordered early Monday morning and Richard was back at noon on Monday to get to work. He was quick and did a great job. Have my AC working in no time, I would definitely recommend this company for all your AC needs/issues.

  As their company motto states, Professor Cool always educates their customers. Honest, personable, punctual, and caring, Danny and his team always give me the most outstanding service I have ever received from an AC company. All you people in Land o' Lakes who think that Ierna's or some other company is good, you don't know what you are missing. Instead of someone trying to be dishonest and tell you that you need a whole new system, you can always trust Professor Cool. Their name is their reputation, honest and professional, at reasonable prices.

  We contacted Professor Cool about a strange noise coming from our fan in our AC unit. We got a respond within minutes, an appointment scheduled and service to our AC all in a short time!
