Dave, from Professional Appliance Repair, is a blessing!!!! He came out and fixed my dishwasher in less than 5 minutes. Then he turned around and fixed my fridge, that took 1 hour. My fridge was old and the defrost drain was iced through so bad that hot water and 100 pound air pressure blower couldn't unclog the ice mass. I was advised if the blockage couldn't be removed, I would have to leave my fridge off and opened to defrost it. I even pulled up a mini deep freezer on Homedepo website for $200. Miraculously, with Dave persistently attempting to unclog it with hot water and air pressure, the defrost drain unclogged! Dave was just as excited to unclog the defrost drain as I was. It was like he was working on his own fridge. Dave is truly passionate about his work and it shows with his dedication and perseverance in the face of adversity and hardship. That clogged defrost drain was nothing like anything he had ever encountered yet instead of throwing up his hands in defeat and taking the easy way out (leaving the fridge off and open for a few days) he got down and dirty and accomplished his goal. Dave is a prime example of a hardworking man and is an essential asset to the field.

We have used Professional Appliance Repair for more than a few years, and they have always been great to work with. They will honestly tell you if it is better to repair or replace whatever is broken, and they will give options and suggestions of whether to use name-brand or off-market parts. They respond quickly when we call the phone number that is listed in Google. They get to us within a day or two, they call us before they come, and they communicate about what is going on through the whole repair process. We are thankful for this business and know that when we need them, they will take care of us yet again.

I had an issue with a GE side by side under 3 years old. He was absolutely wonderful, answered all of my questions and gave me his honest opinion on if it was better to buy new or repair my existing one. I appreciated his advice and professionalism and although I chose to go in a different direction he still told me what to avoid and what could better help me. Thank you!!!!
