  I would give this company and Butch Kohn ZERO STARS if it would allow me! I will NEVER RECOMMEND this company or Butch Kohn's services to anyone. He didn't show up at the agreed upon time for an appointment and then when we had to call him an hour after the appointment time, he said he thought it was a different time. We rescheduled for him to come out again and 15 minutes before he was due to be here, he sends a text message saying he couldn't make it. WE called again to get him to come out and he apologized saying he was sorry that he still hadn't made it out, that he would make it right and give us a good deal. I have still yet to see this man. He came highly recommended, he may do great work, but you actually need to SHOW UP to get any work done. I have no idea how you run a business this way! Never, Ever will I ever recommend anyone calling this company for any HVAC work.
