  The service for a Friday late afternoon was fantastic! The technician was knowledgeable but didn't have the exact part so he substituted a functional part. He returned on a second vist with the correct part at no extra charge. The key here is great service with minimum down time and getting us up for cool weekend. Old school respectful customer sevice appears to be the company paradigm.

  Love the customer service that they provide. The technicians are very well spoken my husband and I understood everything that they were doing with our AC not all company's take the time to do explain to customers. Very happy with the results at the end and they are very realistic when it comes to pricing. Recommend to all my friends and family.
