  Came out to help and he did nothing but charged me a $200 fee. Apparently it was a "service fee" but all he did was look at nothing and then told it'll cost me $1900 to fix my entire fridge. Usually the company that I call to help fix my fridge charge me $300 to fix the entire thing but they were unavailable at this time which is why I decided to call this company. I regret paying the "service fee" and even contacting this business. These guys are absolute scammers and I would never recommend their service in a million years.

  Nick came out on a Sunday to help us. His company was the only one that answered our cry for help. I’m currently undergoing chemotherapy and cannot stand the heat well at all. He was courteous, prompt, and got the job done quickly. My wife and I sat outside while he worked and got us back in the house within the hour. I highly recommend Protech heating and air conditioning. Thank you Nick for a job well done

  Excellent service! Our air conditioner quit on a hot Sunday afternoon, and Home Advisor referred us to Pro Tech. We received a call that evening, scheduled Monday morning and it was fixed by 11:30. Nick Boxler of Oroville came quickly, was efficient, and reasonable! We’ll use him again!
