  I called this company and explained the problem we're having with my Mom's Kenmore washer. Based on what I told him, the tech told me it's probably not worth having someone come out and attempt a repair, better to just replace the unit. He could have said that after the service call, but let me know beforehand and saved me the money of a service call. It's rare to find that kind of integrity these days. The next time I'm in need of this kind of service, this is the guy I'm going to call.
