A friend recently purchased her condo over the summer. The cooling system did not work. I found documents from the inspection prior to the signing. There was an invoice from Blue Desert that said they performed maintenance service on the HVAC system in June. Our handyman, who actually had to replace the furnace, said there was definitely NO maintenance done and showed us the motor that had, in his professional opinion, a decade's worth of grime on it. He even sent us photos to use as evidence in case we needed them to hold Blue Desert accountable. I called Blue Desert to ask why $550 had been paid to them for a job that was not done. I explained that my friend had to spend thousands on a new furnace and that clearly the maintenance work had not been done. The man I spoke to was rude and insisted they did the job, which was an outright lie.

We have used Pro-Tech for the time we have lived in Santa Fe (7 years). They came highly recommended by a neighbor. We have been 100% satisfied with their service. They are always on time, very courteous and perform the jobs in a very satisfactory way; be it the heating or cooling system. We would highly recommend Pro-Tech.
